So this is just me guessing, but Yor's flustered expression, Anya's black eye, the fact that they are in what I assume to be the principal's office, and the bloody pick on his desk desk makes me think Anya got into a fight and stabbed a bitch.

Oh you guys got it so wrong. It's FAR worse than that.

That stabby tool was formerly used with a hammer to pierce your skull going in beside the eye and scramble bits of your frontal lobe. That's why she has a black eye and why the tool is bloody and her expression so vacant. I wish I was making this up.
