It does seem as though this is one of the "untamed" ones. Untamed meaning ones that you yourself don't summon.

But I wonder, maybe if you were able to summon your own, you could screw her as often as you want to without fear of death? Just a thought. ^_^ That would be awesome.

I could have sworn there was a mod to make thus Spidergirl to be topless or something. And, I also think there were ones for other monsters as well. Something like Sexualized Monsters or something similar.
