Your character request is admirable, but it won't get you anywhere, because she doesn't exist yet. She's one of the choices in a contest to decide who the new heroine will be.

... I've said before on other pictures that 'character_request' is being used as a placeholder since we don't really have a name for any of these girls. We have "Lilly," but that doesn't help much to differentiate all of them.
