@imperiom: the artist is 明智シュバルツ or Akechi Shubarutsu, the tag is here if not coloured. Alas searching by artist name has been removed from Pixiv, so you'd need to have an account and start searching by replacing the image ID number in the URL, but at least that still works as long as the art is up.
