If it looks red, you should get your monitor's colors checked. "So light brown it's blonde" yes, but red no.

Anyway, this is most likely a reference to the beginning of episode 1, where Kyousuke dreams of a fake Kirino who looks and acts different than the real one. The decoy's hair color is almost exactly this shade.

Apparently her hair is dyed, so she does have brown hair. Probably like her mom's color
