Add a rotary link up to, and a weight in the double dildo. It alternates whichever is up, and as they swap, the weight forces the dildo into the one on the bottom. Add a rough surface inside, so when the weigh moves, it vibrates a bit.

So they are kept steadily stimulated, preventing thoughts of escaping.
