The girl's left hand is OK. If you try to put your left hand in that position (holding a soda can, for instance) you'll see that her fingers are in the right places. Some may say that the position they reach by doing that is similar but not the same as the girl's. But the thing is that the girl's hand is in contact with the boy's hand and so it's perfectly normal for her left hand to be in that position.

I'd be more worried about her right hand, because it looks like it's missing a bit, but that could be a perspective issue.

Firstly: It is and isn't wrong. The placement of the fingers is all okay except the pinky (the one bent out). This is where the confusion is. Pinky finger's do not normally bend out that far and it makes it appear to be an index finger. It should be more parallel to her ring finger.

Secondly: Damnit everyone let's all shut up and fap already.

Really? so two right hands are normal?
seriously look at the hand at the back...
If she were to reach back to grab his hand like that, all her fingers would be on the opposite side of where they are now.
Some people need to take some anatomy classes or some shit...
