You all forget? One glance at Cthulhu and you go mad. Insta-perma-confusion. Your party would never recover, and constantly hurt themselves in their confusion. Forever. It can't be healed, it can't even go away on its own. Never-you-mind what that would do to the trainer- he's already quite clearly insane (I mean, come ON. A 10-year-old out saving the damn world? And his mom just PERMITS this? The whole game is clearly an elaborate hallucination.)
