Actually it's from the time loop #724 where Tsubaki was in Noel's place,which is why Hakumen in #725 (CT true ending Hakumen) has feelings for Tsubaki in CS.....
Also Hakumen named one of his names after her (j.63214+C TSUBAKI) as a sign of his love....


....and yes,Jin does love Tsubaki and is not gay for Ragna.

Hakumen named one of his moves after her because her courage and will inspired him, and to never forget his foolishness. He never once said he loved her =| also, if you even listen to the wheel of fortune, it's only until she dies that he even cared that she was there.

Also strangely enough Noel tells Jinin his CT story mode in #724 :
"Sir,please return,Tsubaki hasn't been the same since you left" (!?!?!?!?)
You can also confirm it's #724 from Takama-gahara's lines during the end.
WTF does that mean? isn't she dead???(like Anon stated above)
does it mean they were in a relationship?? I believe it does....
