She´ll survive. He just got bored with her and dumped her out of the story i presume.
Ichigo and all the other Shinigamis get beat up like crap in this Manga and Halibel/Harribel only got stabbed and cut then fell from a height, thats nothing by Bleach standards.

I believe her death has not been confirmed yet. The wounds she took were not that critical compared to what other characters have suffered. I believe her fate is left open, just in case Kubo decides to bring her, Grimjaw and Neliel back again.
