If I could become a girl, I would wear nothing but miniskirts and knee socks. Girls seem to feel very comfortable to keeping their thighs exposed like this - I know a few who refuse to wear pants because of it, regardless of the weather!

And to be honest, just the thought of the cold wind, blowing my skirt around so that my panties are briefly visible (even on the calmest days, the skirt would barely cover my ass), whispering against my naked, exposed thighs, arouses me.
