You know, the words "you will become me" are a little frightening for me after I read about an anglerfish (fish that lives deep underwater and uses sparkling antenna to lure its prey) - their males are little, not adapted, can't even hunt (only search for food), for entire life in a child-like form, while the females are scary big monster killing machines. When it's time to "mate", male finds female and starts to bite her, then his body is melting and fusing with female, leaving only hanging pair of testicles, which female can use to fertilize itself. One female can "absorb" a few males. So in analogy with this I see how Naruto can become a part of Kyuubi.
tl;dr - Naruto is doomed to become a parasite, Kyuubi gets a pair of balls (becomes hermaphrodite)
