Good picture, but replace the ugly old businessman with someone younger and get Dragonite in there in place of either Ononokusu or Kingdra.

Actually the old guy kinda suits dragons, since his age matches a fictional dragon's longevity, and I guess one could make the connection of their level when at the final stage matches his rough age as well.
