I think it'd be better if it wasn't against the rules so that they don't need to, but some of them choose to. It's more exciting when they wanna show skin, not be forced into it.

I don't know... The sadist in my enjoys seeing women (in fiction) forced to wear skimpy and humiliating uniforms. Bonus points if it's a uniform for something other than a strip club or the sex industry. The thought just really appeals to me.
