Although I feel a nude scene like this wouldn't happen today because Street Fighter has long since went a different direction than the experimental early 90s edgy phase, I still feel part of it is because modern gaming companies (Capcom) wouldn't want to risk upsetting terminally online weirdos who act personally offended by the sexualization a naked attracted woman.
