@EldritchGentleman Not even. England and English people didn't even exist until the Anglo-Saxon migration in the late 400s, and there's basically no cultural or linguistic continuity with the Romanized Celtic Britons they displaced/assimilated/killed. Actively fighting back against them is a huge part of the general Arthurian mythos, and my Nasuverse lore is pretty rusty but I seem to remember Saber saying something about how she'd wish to save her Britain--erasing England from history altogether.

I'm no Celticist so I'm not sure how to extrapolate Welsh "Caledfwlch" back to a plausible 500s Common Brittonic form, but in any case the actual joke is she just can't keep herself from dramatically screaming it.
