Follow instructions. Every known solution has been provided on that page. You think something hasn't changed, but clearly something did. Perhaps an update happened in the background? Only you can debug the problem on your side, as it's obvious it is blocking ads at this point.

I'll poke around some more at the more obscure browser configurations as all the usual culprits are out of the way.
Regardless locking all threads on the subject seems counterproductive as it's obviously a mess of a site function considering the number of people encountering issues with it and frankly having ads pushed this aggressively is reminiscent of the late-90s/early-00s internet, which was left behind for good reason.

People just start getting angry about pasta, I'd rather not have our contract with Ragu torn apart over people getting angry over sauce.
