In response to the weapon request: Possibly a SCAR-H, though the magazine is too short, the charging handle is missing, the stock is wrong, and putting a suppressor on a .308 rifle is pretty hilarious.

.308 is used at longer ranges, only then is the suppressor valuable. At shorter ranges (where you normally wouldn't employ a .308) it is way to loud for a suppressor to make a difference that the human ear can appreciate.

Suppressors are almost always a good idea when firing indoors, especially without hearing protection. The human ear may not appreciate it in terms of not sounding quieter, but they will appreciate the far lower hearing damage.
