A "Questionable" rating would be incorrect. This is solidly NSFW unless you work in a porn shop. Questionable would be more like a scene that came right *before* she decides to spread her legs open and show you how she looks on the inside.
Questionable would be more like hot kissing. And certain forms of romantic touching.
Nude can technically be questionable of it's tastful, but this is more like Eiko is getting a sexual thrill from her act: Explicit rating.
