It's a shame this didn't actually happen in the Maid Cafe episode.
I could already picture how this happens:
Jessie sneaks in at the back of the cafe, Dawn sees her doing this, Jessie ties up and gags Dawn in the way you see above to keep her from foiling her scheme, Jessie dons a maid outfit disguise and fools Ash and co. into thinking she's a new employee.
I can already picture Ash saying, "What happened to Dawn?" and Jessie responding, "Oh, the little darling is a little tied up at the moment with other things, so I told her to take a little break."
