It's usually western artists that doesn't do that and get it mixed up.
Malicious actors like the dei mandates for western cartoons and art (dc marvel Disney etc etc), but may also be useful idiots pushing the newspeak who didn't know better and were taught all the incorrect definitions in the new sex education classes in *check notes* elementary school.
