Yes and no.
Yes because I know they are twins, no because they are not "twin" twins, as in the same. Fraternal twins are essentaily sisters that are born at the same time. I know that's twins but there's a difference, they have completely different genetic makeup, so scientifically speaking it doesn't matter.

tl;dr: Theoretically I'm trolling, practically I'm not.

Let me explain. There are two types of twins; Fraternal and Identical.
Fraternal twins are basically non-identical twins and can be male aswell as female. I should know because i'm a (male) fraternal twin.
