Unlikekly. Fire Hawks were a pre civil war chapter. These are using "modern" post civil war power armor.

Fire Hawks were a successor chapter of unknown origin founded millennia after the Horus Heresy during the 21st Founding also named the "cursed" Founding.
Cursed ? Well, every chapter of the Founding suffered tragedies like loss of homeworld
,heavy losses in battle wich brought it to the brink of/or complete annihilation,or vanished without a trace, like the Fire Hawks.
Warpjumped towards their next mission never to arrive.
The mysterious Legion of the Damned are rumored to be remnants of this chapter.
