That's not Kanata, but instead her daughter, Konata. 1. She has a ahoge, Kanata does not have one in most appearances. 2. She usually has a drowsy look in her eyes, Kanata does not. Unless the artist stated that this is actually Kanata made to look like Konata (which is very possible, but unlikely), the evidence to me states that this is the daughter Izumi, not the mother.
