anon 2 and 3, this is a Gundam Wing manga "Frozen Tears", i tried looking for manga scans of it but no luck and i don't trust risking for a download of a single chapter so i have no idea whats it about except Relena looks badass in this pictureXD

Frozen Teardrop is a novel that is 'slowly' being translated into english. Relena however so far it seems does not pilot a mobile suit...which sucks as she is totally channeling Zech's badass vibe in that picture.
