I've actually seen this on DA. The artist was wondering what would've happened if Hinata were taken by Orochimaru instead of Sasuke. The end result of that contemplation was this picture. So that is actually Sasuke's CS instead of Anko's, and obv that meams Sasuke from the continuity of this pic is still loyal to Konoha.

I'd look up the link but that was a long time ago; I'm honestly surprised to see such an old (good but old, that is) pic here. Idk if it's still on DA.

why not? the bakyugan (spelled wrong?) is almost as rare as the sharigan (Spelled wrong?) and is also a genaticlly inherited jutsu... making it just the sort of thing Oroichimaru would want also hinata would be much easier to crush into submission
or did i just put way too much though into that?
