I think this is supposed to be Kagami... it's hard to say since she's got her hair down, but if it is... Damn... she needed to do it more often in the series.

No, that is Kagami. Her mom's hair is darker. Although I admit she does look a lot like her mom in this pic. I never realized just how much family resemblance there is between them. O_o

I believe this was debated at Danbooru as well and it was general consensus that it was Miki. Her hair might appear bright because of the "bloom effect"
