I've always been thinking....what would Sanji's reaction be if he ever saw the genderswapped versions of the guys he knows? Especially guys like Crocodile?

i wonder if Crocodile was woman before meeting Ivankov, i mean he's always touchy when the Okama Queen mentions his "weakness"?

there's no proof that crocodile was a woman. ivankov was probably talking about how Crocodile use to be kinda like luffy, where he was a "dreamer" or his greatest weakness, water. yeah, water, if he were to fall into a puddle he be dead.

Not to imply that very many if any pictures on this site actually resemble Crocodile, but this bears no resemblance to him. That does not mean, however, that this is a bad picture.

Also this theory is bogus. Probably has to do with how he's fucked if it starts raining. Which is kind of retarded, considering that his ability lets him absorb water. Whatever, this is a universe where people can be made out of rubber, fire, or darkness.

Well, it could be that Ivankov turned him into a woman at some point and then turned him back into a man, as he seems to be doing quite often to Inazuma.

That, or Crocodile went through a situation similar to Sanji's misadventures in the Kamabakka kingdom. Anyone would want to forget that sort of experience.

As for the weakness Ivankov refers to being water...weeell, I think that's rather weak (no pun intended). After all, the readers already know about Crocodile being weak to water, so it wouldn't be strange if it was mentioned along with Ivankov's threat. That way, Oda would have avoided this needless speculation among fans, and I very much doubt that someone with as much experience as a mangaka like him would make such a simple mistake.

You're absolutely clueless about the most basic of storytelling devices if you think the weakness Ivankov mentioned is something we already know like water.
