I think this is where Org. XIII fell apart. If they'd just get along and not be assholes to each other Xemnas would have got Kingdom Hearts in a jiffy.

Ummmmm, I don't remember anything about Vexen aside from this : He fights with a shield, he uses ice, and he was one of the organizations traitors (along with Marluxia and Larxene in Chain of Memories). So my question is: WHY IS XION HUGGING HIM?!

From over thinking things, I think Xion knew him before he joined the organization, and he treated her like a daughter. That's a long shot though, she should be hugging Roxas...
