I think the reasons Asuka is especially great when naked is because:

1) Her body isn't exaggerated too much; she's fit, she's slender, she's got nice boobs, but unlike most anime female nudes, it's not exaggerated.

2) Asuka's always beating the shit out of everyone who accidently gets a tiny peek at her panties, so the fact that she seems perfectly fine, hell happy, with displaying her naked body is frankly, kinda hot.
