Nah. The only time he even started to get aggressive was when she was saying goodbye to show at the end. And while it was a fantastic movie (that I will watch repeatedly, up until I die) I also hate it because she and should had such amazing chemistry, but there's no way they could ever actually be together. Outside the realm of hentai physics, I mean.
