Looks more like Shino to me from Naruto... only thing is, he doesn't have blue hair. The spikiness of it does fit though.

Kiba, maybe? He DID stab himself in the stomach-y area, where his bandage is. At that time, Tsunade was the ___, (If you don't know what that spoiler is, you suck) too.thus, I'm led to believe it's Kiba. Although the shirt still doesn't fit. Maybe it's his "casual" wear for when he's not wearing body armor?
