Correction!! There are three.

1. Regular slime

The mixed monster has a name (Arisufisu: gelbooru.com/index.php?page=post&s=view&id=852673), and based on it's description, it seems like it was intended to be in a game/doujin at some point anyway, so I guess it all worked out after all.
