Apparently in the series of pics, she's being paid to do so. She's... supplementing her income here I suspect - doesn't mean she likes it, but it's probably willing. (She needs the money, works as a maid in the original manga to do so.)

In the context of the original scene this is parodying, this would still be rape. Dude threw a wad of money at her then forced her down. Usui showed up to save her before it got too bad in the manga, though.
