... Why is this so hard to understand. THAT IS HOW HENTAI WORKS. The VAST AND OVERWHELMING majority of hentai is out of character and out of context. On top of that, this is Tenseiani, who enjoys drawing 12 year olds giving birth to muskrat/pig things. The entire Touhou universe is all but devoid of men yet there is a STAGGERING amount of hentai featuring them fucking men. It is Hentai. Fap and move on. And don't think about it.

Well, you can probably work it into the original context. Generally, it would involve a different group of men showing up on the island (either as a second group to NTR the protagonist, or they replace the protagonist in a different reality).

You could also have the girls leaving the island. The general point is that the original plot has a ton of girls falling for a guy because he was the only male on the island, so adding access to more men would result in the naive girls ending up...well... like they would end up if the one guy was anyone other than an indecisive harem protagonist.

As a note, in the original story, when some of the main girls were given the option to trade the protagonist in for more men, they went with the protagonist. But those other men were theoretical, and this is hentai land....so you can guess how that works.
