That's because the camera really does constantly zoom in and out and move all over the place in the source movie. I watched it, but it wasn't very enjoyable. Most of the time, the camera is so close and constantly shaking and changing angles that you can't see anything clearly. I'm thinking this gif is made from the only really good frames in the movie.
