Two things wrong here, why is Super Sentai in the tags when this is obviously the American version?

And two, I thought they had the black chick on the show by the time they reached the White Ranger?

1) because the american version is still based on super sentai?

2) The black chick showed up after the White Ranger but only barely.
About 4 episodes after the white ranger, the black chick and her friends showed up to be on the team.
