That would be call taiyaki. You could make them yourself if you get the stuff to do it. You can buy taiyaki molds on Amazon. The taiyaki is made of something similar to pancakes with red bean paste called anko. You might be able to find anko at an Asian foods store. If you can't find it there are youtube and text instructions on how to make anko yourself. Some of them also show you how to properly make taiyaki.
