No, it doesn't. Kubo just doesn't want to deal with romance so he makes Ichigo completely oblivous to love, it doesn't prove a thing. And if your reffering to when Ichigo thought of Rukia dissapearing, a page earlier it showed everyone else (Orihime twice in fact if you wanna go there.) so no.
