If White chose Tepig, Cheren will always choose the one strong against it, thus Oshawott while Bianca will choose the one weak against it, thus Snivy.

Lolipiece is right. In the manga, Bianca and Cheren are switched when it comes to starters. This picture has it right as it would be in the games, but not the manga the rest of the picture is based on. Although the colors match better this way....

Wow you people are really dumb. Bianca & Cheren could not have Oshawott if the other has Snivy.

The way it should be is Black/White has Oshawott, Cheren has Snivy, and Bianca has Tepig. Snivy naturally belongs with Cheren. They have the same attitude. And as a baby Tepig is more like Bianca.
