El-Seibzehn is an Omnigear concept design (along the same lines as El Stier, El Renmazuo) that was slated to appear in Xenogears but never made it due to budgetary reasons. There's an El-Crescens as well, which likewise never made it into the game.

The lineart for both El-Seibzehn and El-Crescens exists in the Xenogears Perfect Works companion book.
