Nah. Highly possible, but not neccesarily inevitable.

I've always liked to think Usagi and Mamoru got married, and they turned a blind eye to each others affairs, so long as it's discrete.

Usagi and Rei, Mamoru & Setsuna... or maybe Makoto...

it is inevitable, due to rei always being so mean towards usagi, the cover is her lack of sense for duty etc... but the real reason is that shes in love with her, and afraid to admit it, then one day she would admit and this would hapen,..... inevitable
