Of all the anatomical oddities to point out, and you pick the nipples which are the least scary? Not her creepy feet, or the horrifying face her belly fat is forming, or the fact that her tits are ATTACHED TO OTHER TITS?

That third part is what bothers me the most. Either there is an invisible string tied around her boobs to get that effect, or her tits are hanging off chest fat, which is gross. Sure her nipples are huge and puffy, but at least that part is physically possible.
