Mde, it's because Naruto isn't a psychopath that's trying to murder everyone who happens to either be kinda sorta in his way or from the same village that his clan tried to start a violent uprising in.

Or to put it simply, becuase Sasuke is a crazed asshole.

Also, it helps that Naruto's liberal use of Kage bunshin means he could keep a small women of satisfied at the same time.

Sasuke hasn't killed anyone relevent, and he's not crazy he acknowledged he was going to go this path and avenge his clan but that doesn't mean he's insane. He's aware on what he's doing.

Honestly Sasuke's a victim and because of that he has to shed a little blood in order to survive since the whole world wants him dead.

Sigh. The whole world wants him dead BECAUSE he's shedding blood. It's hard to claim you're a victim when your response to the knowledge that your families massacre was justified is to declare your intent to slaughter thousands of people who had nothing to do with it other than living in the same village. It's also hard to claim sanity for that matter.
