I'm unsure on the censoring... I heard that at one point uncensored material was illegal in japan, then I heard it was legal again but then they censor it out of tradition? it's sort of like... You're not really covering much up... you're just degrading the quality with your odd pixels, weird blurs, strange outlines, white auras, and other random junk that make me go "WTF!!!".

I'm not sure about that bro, i've watched many many japanese porn movies (i import) and trust me, you don't really want to get into that shit, they focus too much on insignificant fetishes (eg. cloth fetishes etc) and they focus much less on the real shit, American porn is much much better, just stick with Brazzers and you'll be happy lol
