Barret would never make it to a Dissidia game. Actually even in the FF7 franchise he is treated like a minor character. I think Barret would never make it to FF7 if Square knew it would become so popular.

Not being racist here, Barret is my fav character after Cid, but let's face it, blacks aren't exactly popular in Japan.
