I think the sentience would be placed within the nerves making them function both to sense pleasure and overall sense of touch but also to store the "pussy girls" thoughts as for the taste that is strictly limited to tongues and since a pussy doesn' have a tongue she can't taste not that she needs to he entire body is now one big pleasure center, she experiences orgasms at the most literal definition of first hand experience so why would she need to taste she'd probably be too lost in uncontrollable bliss to notice the taste anyway.
