yah, i think cicelia and rin is trying to get laura to join their ranks as at my point of view, laura is the power house of the group. hoaki just got her is in the anime and thus doesn't have much experience with is, ichika is only a near range fighter. reason why i say laura's is might be the strongest is her fucking rail gun, by the time you even hear it, you already died 8 times
