This appears to quite obviously be a joke of some kind. But since I have no idea what is being referenced(aside from Korean institute's of higher learning) I'm not getting the punchline. That said, when you consider the effort the creator put into making this picture and the character at the top of the image, I'd bet this is probably damn funny.

This chart/pyramid may depict rising levels of arrogance/insanity in combination with higher education. Unfortunately I'm not familiar with most of the depicted characters .
