This is such a heart warming pic, it takes place after the tsunami. So the heroes are helping rescue people from the wreckage.

I remember when I first saw this picture when it was new, and I found the presence of Pretty Cure out of place along with toku heroes. Only after I found out PC in Japan airs soon after those series on Sunday mornings, so it can be considered a sister franchise to them and I can see how fans would bundle all of them together.
